Hence, it is better to stay at a beach resort for 7 nights and then within it have 3 days of Ayurveda. Beach Resorts such as Kovalam, Varkala & Mararikulam are ideal in Kerala. Other beach resorts in Gokarana in Karnataka are also good places to experience Ayurveda. Other good points for Ayurveda are: Periyar or specific clinics and hospitals that specialise in Ayurvedic treatments.
