Kathmandu: a number of temples: Baudnath, Swayambunath & Pashupatinath
to name just a few. Durbar Square, excellent base for visiting Baktapur
& Patan. The Kathmandu valley is short distance away for Himalayan
hikes and treks.
Varanasi: Bathing ghats of Varanasi are one of greatest images
of India. Taking a boat ride along the Ganges in the morning is an
experience not to be missed. Other sights include: Kashi Vishwanath
temple, Benares Hindu University and a visit to Sarnath (the buddhist
pilgrimage point).
Delhi: India Gate, Houses of Parliament, Humayun's tomb, Red
Fort, Jama Masjid and many more sights.
Agra: Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itamadh-Udh-Dhaula, Fatehpur sikri.
Jaipur: The Palace of Winds, City Palace, Observatory, Amber
Palace, Jaigarh fort and many more.
Goa: Notable for its' beaches, mapusa market and easy going
life-style.

Note: Hotels in Delhi are now very expensive as Delhi is enjoying
a corporate boom. Grand Park Inn is a simple basic hotel but with
AC rooms & attached shower/toilet facilities. If you are looking for
superior standard, please contact us but it would be considerably
more.
Recommended upgrade on standard grade hotels are: Suite rooms at
Shahpura House in Jaipur; Lake facing rooms in Jagat Niwas in Udaipur
or Udai Kothi in Udaipur; Palace on Ganges in Varanasi.
Superior hotels: Sherpa/Del'Annapurna, Kathmandu; Connaught,
Delhi; Clarks Shiraz, Agra; Samode Haveli, Jaipur; Radisson/ Clarks,
Varanasi; Cidade De Goa, Goa.
Cost Includes: transfers & sightseeing as mentioned
in the itinerary in red using a non Ac car with driver; stay at hotels
mentioned on a twin share room only basis inclusive of local taxes;
train travel if applicable in AC 2 Tier or AC 3 Tier.
Cost Excludes: transfers in Varanasi & Goa; meals; guides;
entrance & camera fees to monuments; any international or internal
flights in India.
Note: Price are valid for trip conclusion by 29 Sep 2012. There
is likely to be a peak season supplement for travel dates which fall
between 20 Dec 2011 - 10 Jan 2012.
Not included: International air travel.
