JET AIRWAYS PASSES.

• It is possible to convert a 15 days pass to a 21 days pass. The difference in the cost of the passes is to be made and new tickets can be issued in addition to any handling charges as charged by the airlines.
• If you wish to convert a 21 Days pass into a 15 Days pass it is treated as a cancellation of the original ticket and the issue of a new ticket.
• These are only permitted prior to the commencement of travel.

• All journeys must be one-way or circle trips.
• Zig-Zag or back-track journeys are not permitted.
• No point must be touched more than once except for the purpose of immediate transfer.

• Prior to purchase of the pass, routes can be changed as long as the rules of the passes are valid, subject to charges as charged by the airline. Whilst in India, re-routing is permitted prior to the commencement of travel or also during the journey as long as the rules are valid and that any changes are made subject to the changes being made prior to the last journey as per ticketing.
• After issue of the pass, any changes made in the UK prior to their departure would cost the pass-holder.

• If the Jet Airways is not used and all the un-utilised coupons are received within one month of date of the conclusion of the journey, then a refund less cancellation charges would apply.
• If any one of the coupons have been used then no refund is permissible.
• Note: Refunds do tend to take up to 2 months from the date of submission of the tickets.
• Refunds would be issued from the office of issue of the air passes.
