New Delhi is very similar to any European capital with India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, houses of parliament, Royal Observatory etc. Old Delhi contains great monuments such as Red Fort, Jama Masjid etc. This is a great base for visiting India's Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra & Jaipur). Agra (The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Fatehpur Sikri to name just a few major sights) and Jaipur (Palace of winds, City Palace, Amber Palace to name a few sights).Goa - Delhi (Cover India's Golden Triangle) - Goa. This particular itinerary travel to Delhi from Goa including the Konkan railway route and India's golden triangle (Delhi, Agra & Jaipur) using Delhi as a base. The trip commences on a Friday to tie up with the train times.

Note: Hotels in Delhi are now very expensive as Delhi is enjoying a corporate boom. Welcome Palace & Garden View are simple basic hotels but with AC rooms & attached shower/toilet facilities and well located (close to New Delhi Railway station). If you are looking for superior standard, please contact us but it would be considerably more.
Not included: International air travel.
