A simple short trek in the Kathmandu Valley such as Shivapuri trek can be an excellent taster of Himalayan trekking for those with limited time. There are many short treks in the Pokhara region. The Ghandrung trek is such an example. All the treks are for individuals of two or more. They are based on a full board basis inclusive of trekking equipment, porters, cook & guide (Note: Sleeping bags can be hired from our ground agent's office.
